Returns & Exchanges
We want every customer to have a satisfying shopping experience. If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange according to the following policy.
Return and Exchange Period
We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return and exchange service (calculated from the date you received the product).
Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return and Exchange Requirements
The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be complete and intact.
Items that are used, worn, or damaged are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Special offer/customized items (if marked as non-returnable or exchangeable) are not eligible for this policy.
Return Process
Contact Us: Please submit a return request via email at team@kseworks.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos.
Confirming eligibility: Customer Service will review and respond with a return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.
Returning Products: Please ship the product back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation. Inspection and Refund: Once the warehouse confirms that the product is in good condition and eligible for return, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions.
We only accept exchanges for the same style, color, or size. If you require a different style, please request a return and place a new order.
Exchanges will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive and confirm the product.
Shipping Information
Due to quality issues or incorrect product delivery: Kseworks will cover the return/exchange shipping costs.
For personal reasons (e.g., dislike or incorrect size): You will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, soiled, or damaged.
Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
Customized items or promotional items marked "non-returnable."
Refund Period
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of warehouse confirmation of receipt. Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method or bank processing.
