Account and Security
How do I register an account?
Click the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the website, enter a valid email address, set a password, and confirm your information to complete registration. After registration, you can manage orders, view your purchase history, and save your delivery address.
What if I forgot my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. We will send you a password reset link. Please note that the link has a time limit, so please complete the request within the validity period.
How do I modify my account information?
After logging in to your account, go to "Personal Information" or "Account Settings" to modify your name, contact information, delivery address, and password.
How is shopping security guaranteed?
The website uses SSL encryption to ensure the security of user account information and payment information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties. Please refer to our website's privacy statement for details.
Order Management
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account and click "My Orders" to view the status of your order processing, shipment, and delivery. After shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number for real-time tracking.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing the order to modify or cancel it.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled directly and will need to follow the return process.
What if my payment failed?
Please confirm that your bank card or payment account has sufficient funds and that your payment information is correct.
If you still can't complete the payment, please try another payment method or contact Customer Service for assistance.
What if I didn't receive the order confirmation email?
Please check your spam or spam folders to confirm that the email address you entered is correct.
If you still haven't received it, please contact Customer Service with your order number and we will manually verify it.
What if the item in my order is out of stock?
If we're out of stock or unable to ship, we will promptly notify you by email and offer a refund or wait for restocking.
Do you offer price adjustments?
If the price of an item on Kseworks decreases within 14 days of placing an order, we will happily refund the price difference.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order ship?
We typically pick, pack, and ship within 1–3 business days (excluding special holidays).
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to check the shipping status in real time.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, if you require faster delivery, please contact customer service via email to request expedited shipping. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
How are customs duties handled for international orders?
Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders, and you are responsible for the associated costs. We will strive to accurately declare the value, but the final tax and fees will be determined by local customs.
What if the package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receipt, please take a photo and contact customer service immediately.
We will assist with claim processing or arrange for reshipment to protect your rights.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Can I return or exchange items?
Of course, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and come with their original packaging and accessories. For return and exchange details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to product quality issues or the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike or incorrect size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 10 business days after the warehouse confirms receipt. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment method or bank.
Product and Maintenance
How to care for bags made of different materials?
To keep your bag in top condition, different materials require different care methods:
a. Nylon / Polyester Bags
Daily cleaning can be done with a damp cloth.
For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent diluted in water and gently brush, then air dry.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to prevent fading or brittleness.
b. Leather Bags
Avoid contact with water and oil. If the bag gets wet, immediately blot it with a dry cloth and air dry. Regularly use a special leather care oil or lotion to maintain its softness and shine.
Store in a dust bag and keep it well ventilated and dry. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive pressure.
c. Canvas Bags
Hand wash is recommended, not machine wash, to prevent deformation.
Brush gently with a soft brush and mild detergent, then air dry.
To prevent fading, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
d. Straw Beach Bags
Straw is sensitive to moisture, so gently remove dust with a dry cloth or soft brush.
Do not wash directly with water to prevent deformation or mold.
Keep the bag dry when storing. Add some desiccant and avoid placing heavy objects on it.
e. Crossbody Bags/Backpacks
Care for the main material. Gently wipe the metal hardware with a dry cloth to prevent moisture and rust.
When not in use for extended periods, it is recommended to fill the bag with soft paper or cotton cloth to maintain its shape.
How should I store my bag when it is not in use for an extended period?
If your bag isn't in use for a while, proper storage can extend its lifespan:
Cleaning before storage: Wipe the surface of the bag clean before storing. Canvas and nylon bags can be gently wiped with a damp cloth; leather bags can be lightly oiled to prevent drying and cracking. Ensure the bag is completely dry before storing to prevent mold and mildew.
Maintaining the bag's shape: Fill the bag with clean, soft paper, cotton cloth, or foam to prevent prolonged storage, which may cause collapse or deformation. Never use newspaper as filling material to prevent ink from contaminating the lining.
Exterior protection: It is recommended to store the bag in a dust bag to protect it from dust and scratches. For straw or canvas bags, a breathable cotton bag can be used instead of a plastic bag to ensure proper air circulation.
Storage environment: Keep the bag well ventilated and dry, avoiding humidity, direct sunlight, or excessive heat. Leather bags should be kept away from heating or air conditioning vents to prevent excessive drying and cracking.
Regular inspection: Take the bag out for air every one or two months to check for mold spots or oxidation on the metal hardware. Pat or refill the bag to help maintain its shape and texture. If you don't use a leather bag for an extended period, occasionally wipe it gently with a dry cloth and apply conditioning oil to keep the material soft and supple.
