Order Processing Time
All orders are processed immediately after payment is received. Our warehouse team will pick, inspect, and pack the items in order, typically shipping within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). During major sales, holidays, or when inventory is limited, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We will promptly notify you by email of any delays.
Free Standard Shipping
All orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required. Packages typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. However, specific delivery times may vary depending on the region due to differences in logistics routes and customs clearance speeds. Please refer to the estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page for accuracy.
Expedited Shipping
If you would like your package delivered faster, you can contact customer service after placing your order to request expedited shipping. Expedited orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days of shipment. Some remote areas may experience slight delays and may incur additional shipping charges. Customer service will inform you of the specific amount upon confirmation.
Duties and Taxes
We offer international shipping, but some countries and regions may charge customs duties or import taxes upon customs clearance. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We will accurately declare the product information and value upon shipment to facilitate customs clearance, but the final determination of whether taxes will be levied and the amount of tax will be made by local customs.
Tracking and Delivery Notifications
After your order is shipped, we will send you the carrier information and tracking number via email. You can use the link to check the status of your package in real time. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or log in to your account to view your order details. If you still cannot access this information, please contact Customer Support.
Address Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address, contact number, or cancel your order before your package is shipped, please contact us immediately. Order information cannot be changed or canceled after it has been shipped. If a package is returned due to incomplete shipping information or an incorrect address, we will contact you to reschedule or refund the package. However, additional shipping fees may apply for resending, depending on the order.
Lost, Damaged, and Refusal
If your package is lost in transit, or if the packaging or product is visibly damaged upon receipt, please take a photo and contact Customer Support within 24 hours of signing for it. We will assist the carrier in investigating and provide a replacement or compensation based on our policy. If you refuse a package for personal reasons, you may be responsible for any return and re-shipment fees.
